We have done a thorough study of the competing
RE/MAX Offices and Traditional Brokerage Offices and
have come up with what we consider to be the most
competitive programs on the East Side for what
we offer.
When we did our study on what agents were
looking for in a brokerage regarding compensation
and fees, we came up with this outcome:
- 73% of agents studied were intimidated
by paying a monthly fee but were dissatisfied
with there current fee structure.
- 22% of agents studied were okay with paying
a monthly fee as long as services offered were
in direct proportion to what they were paying.
Armed with this knowledge we have come up with
the best for less in all categories!
a) For those who are more comfortable
with a fee split arrangement, we have come up
with a program that welcomes the productive
agent with a super attractive fee split that
will convert to our Maximum Commission
